 
Depression.About.Com - I can't emphasize enough what a fabulous resource this one is. The forums are loaded with information, and the chatroom is the absolute best. I visit the chat regularly, where I talk with many new friends, people who are kind, loving, compassionate, understanding, and giving. Check it out. This site is not just for people with depression, but for everyone, with any kind of anxiety and/or mood disorder (ie. PTSD, Depression, Bipolar, Panic, Anxiety).

It is a very thorough and useful book, that talks about stress, anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, and other topics, and has a great section on self-help methods to learn and employ to help you cope with anxiety, depression, etc. A good reference for changing negative thoughts and behaviors, ... putting the power and control in your hands.
Tapir - This is one awesome site ... the very first one I came across when I first started surfing the net for information on panic and anxiety. 'Tapir' stands for 'the anxiety/panic internet resource', and a great resource it is. Here, you will find tons of articles on all sorts of treatment choices, medications, self-help techniques, images/bulletin boards (with the most compassionate bunch of people I've ever met online!), a chat, a book list, mailing lists, a searchable database, and a penpal list for anxious people. Their info for breathing, coping tips, and herbs are great.
Relaxation Techniques - Here you will find "Relaxation Techniques For Relief of Anxiety And Stress", and excerpt from the book "The Menopause Self-Help Book" by Susan Lark, M.D. Okay, this is from a menopause book!, *but* the relaxation techniques Dr. Lark discusses can be used for any ailment that brings with it symptoms of anxiety, panic, and depression. She discusses numerous techniques in good detail, many techniques that I would recommend myself and that you would find recommended in other anxiety websites. I wanted to include this link because Dr. Lark's description and instruction of the techniques is excellent.

Internet Mental Health Site - This is a great and large site, that provides information for a wide range of emotional and mental disorders and difficulties. For each disorder, information is given for diagnosis, treatments, and research. This site has a great reference to learn about a lot of different prescription meds used for panic, anxiety, depression, and other disorders.
